The Patagonia Untracked Ski Jacket has been specially developed for freeriders who want to take their first turn in fresh pow early mornings. Consisting of a robust Gore-Tex® in a 3-layer construction and a DWR impregnation, the freeride jacket is wind and waterproof, while at the same time having high breathability. The fabric has been treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to prevent saturation; a moisture-managing brushed interior lining in the upper body that increases warmth and comfort without extra bulk; and a slick, snow-shedding nylon lining in the lower body that glides over other layers. Under-arm zips create a cooling airflow for when things getted heated up under the jacket, yet a fully adjustable powder skirt is there for snowy, blowy descents. Helmet-compatible, 2-way-adjustable hood has a soft, laminated visor to allow visibility and a multitude of pockets that include two handwarmers; one chest with a secure media pocket and cable routing; one ski-pass pocket on the forearm; one internal goggles/gloves pouch. The Untracked Ski Jacket is complete with embedded RECCO® avalanche rescue reflectors.
