<p>With the men's Ghost 17 GTX, Brooks brings one of the most popular neutral running shoes into a new generation - and remains true to its recipe for success: soft running comfort, harmonious rolling and a fit that naturally hugs the foot. The main new feature is the further optimized cushioning, which promises extra comfort for daily training runs and long distances.</p> <p>Thanks to the waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex&reg; Invisible membrane, which is applied directly to the inside of the upper material without an additional lining, the bad-weather runner will get you to your destination perfectly protected, even in extremely wet and cold conditions. The advantages of the lightweight Gore-Tex&reg; Invisible process include the almost unlimited flexibility of the upper material and a barely reduced inner volume.</p> <p>For the first time, the midsole is made entirely from nitrogen-enriched DNA Loft v3 cushioning - a high-tech foam that is not only particularly soft, but also comfortable and responsive. Compared to the previous model, the sole height has been increased by 1 mm in the heel and 3 mm in the forefoot - the result is an even softer ride with the same stability. The new flex grooves in the midsole ensure smooth transitions and a more dynamic roll on every kilometer.</p> <p>Brooks has also improved the upper material: The breathable Double Jacquard Air Mesh adapts flexibly to the foot, while the new kickback heel collar provides support without pinching. As with its predecessor, the focus here is on a combination of fit, comfort and lightness - perfect for anyone looking for a reliable training partner for asphalt and firm forest trails.</p> <p>The update is rounded off with an increased recycled content: 59% recycled materials in the upper material and climate-neutral production are plus points of the Ghost 17 GTX. A neutral all-rounder that sets new standards in terms of cushioning and comfort.</p>
