Description

The Garmont Ascent Evo GTX is a technical mountaineering boot for demanding tours in alpine terrain. It is suitable for alpine tours, via ferratas and precise approaches where stability and control are required. When the terrain becomes steeper and rockier, you can rely on its secure construction. The precise fit with a narrow toe box supports you on small footholds and technical terrain. The a.d.d.® system with precise lacing, anatomical tongue and asymmetrical shaft ensures a stable fit. Thanks to the PFC-free GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane, your feet stay dry and comfortable in changing conditions. The stable PU midsole in combination with a polypropylene insole and integrated crampon mount makes the boot crampon-compatible. The Vibram® MATON outsole with MONT compound offers reliable grip on rock, scree and alpine terrain. The Ascent Evo GTX accompanies you safely and under control through challenging terrain.
