Trail Speed 5R Headlamp

<p>The Trail Speed 5R Headlamp is from Silva's Run collection. Accordingly, its features and especially its wearing comfort are geared towards running. On long ultra runs, running in the dark is often unavoidable; thanks to the run, you always have a clear view.</p><p>To distribute the weight ideally, the Trail Speed 5R has an external battery compartment that you can store on the back of the headband or in your backpack thanks to the extension cable. The latter is also helpful in sub-zero temperatures, as the battery lasts longer.</p><p>In Max Mode, you get an excellent long-distance view with 1200 lumens so you won't stumble on fast downhills. The Intelligent Light technology is great. Made from near and far beams, it strikes an excellent balance between long-distance vision and a wide cone of light around you. The Flow Light also automatically adjusts the light intensity.</p><p>The Trail Speed 5R headlamp comes with a 2.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) battery, but you can also upgrade to a more powerful battery from Silva (all from 2008) if you need a longer burn time.</p>
