They give you direct ground contact thanks to their thin, flexible sole in combination with a flat foot position. The minimalist trail running shoe allows you to maintain a neutral posture and optimally supports your natural stride and foot sensors. <p>The outsole with its 3.5 mm lugs, which has a very strong profile for a barefoot running shoe, in combination with the cushioning insole, provides minimalist protection against injuries caused by sharp stones and other unpleasant bumps. However, the feet can still perceive the ground very sensitively - an important requirement for quick and precise coordination of movement. You can achieve maximum sensitivity by removing the insole.
