Whether you use it as a running shoe or as a sneaker, the minimalist shoe allows you to maintain a neutral posture and optimally supports your natural stride and foot sensitivity.</p> <p>The Vibram&reg; sole featuring a non-slip profile provides minimalist protection against injuries caused by sharp stones and other unpleasant trail bumps. However, the feet can still perceive the ground very sensitively - an important requirement for quick and precise coordination of movement. It also promotes optimal strengthening of the foot and leg muscles. If you want to increase the cushioning on longer trails with a little more surface roughness, you can simply use the second insole designed for more comfort.</p> <p>Despite its simple concept, sock-like fit, lightweight, breathable and fast-drying material, the Escur's treaded sole provides sufficient grip and protection for short, intense off-road training sessions.</p>
