Soulo Tent

<P>The Soulo is an interesting combination of several designs. Like the solo tent Akto, it features a roomy vestibule, while being completely free-standing like the Unna. Part of the tent can be detached to create extra vestibule space while still leaving enough room in the interior. Like the ultra-light Jannu expedition tent, the Soulo is unusually stable thanks to a burly design with three tent poles crossing at three points. The light-weight Kerlon 1200 fabric and 9-mm tent poles make the as light as it is durable. All in all, the Soulo's design makes it suitable for use in windy high-alpine terrain, as well as more protected areas. It is also highly compact, much like the new Allak tent, and can easily be set up in difficult situations like narrow ledges due to its simple design. And all of this while still remaining light enough for extended backpacking trips with daily campsite changes!
