With their soft material made from recycled polyester, you can wear them on their own or as a base layer under wide running shorts or a running skirt.</p><p>Thanks to the built-in stretch, the Essential Short Tights easily follow your every step and wick sweat away quickly. The wide, elastic waistband is very comfortable and won't cut you in at the waist; you can adjust it to your needs with a drawstring. The side pockets can be used to store your mobile phone and/or keys.</p>
