On orders (excluding skis, bulky freight) above £50, shipping is free of charge to the UK mainland.
The delivery destination determines which methods of payment are available. Shipping costs include dispatch, postage and packaging costs, as well as the preparation of customs documents. Import turnover taxes, provisions, and customs duties levied by countries outside the EU are borne by the customer. Bulky and normal goods ordered together will be delivered separately – the former as bulky freight, the latter as a package. In this case the shipping costs are the sum of the postage of the package and the fee for the bulky freight. Import turnover taxes, provisions and customs duties will be charged for the package as well as for the bulky freight.
If the payment is made from a non-EU country, transfer fees thereby incurred are borne by the customer.
